Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, visited the branch office of the ARCS in Khost province!

Today, on the 2nd of August, Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, visited the branch office of the ARCS in Khost province. During the visit, he told the staff of the ARCS that" the volunteers of the Afghan Red Crescent Society have outclass status in humanitarian aid and there is a great importance of volunteers at the international level". he added that after confirmation of ARCS's volunteers, he wants to start the process of registering and recruiting tens of thousands of new volunteers in the whole country.

during the visit he received the latest information regarding the problems and needs of earthquake-affected district Sepira, from the officials of the ARCS Khost branch and assured to solve the problems and meet the needs as best as he could.

The Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent also visited all sections and employees of the Afghan Red Crescent in Khost province.
