Herat: 37 Patients with Mental Health Conditions Return Home After Completing Treatment

Thirty-seven male patients from the Mental Health Care and Treatment Center of the ARCS in Herat Province, which serves the western zone, were handed over to their families at a ceremony after completing their treatment and recovering.
