Regular Strategic Planning Meeting Held to Evaluate Past Findings and Discuss New Inputs

A regular meeting on the development of ARCS’s Strategic Plan was convened at the organization’s central headquarters to review findings from previous sessions and deliberate on new inputs aimed at shaping an effective and responsive strategic plan for the future. The session was attended by Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Under-Secretary for Operational Affairs; Hafiz Ezatullah Amin, Under-Secretary for Planning and Policy; senior advisors; several directors of central departments; heads of independent units, and representatives of the IFRC in Afghanistan. 
Opening the session, Under-Secretary for Operational Affairs expressed appreciation to directors and heads of independent units for providing valuable insights and information in support of the Strategic Plan. He noted that, beyond the requested details, participants had also provided additional key data.
Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam further urged the participants to align their efforts with the established planning framework to ensure the formulation of a robust, responsive, and forward-looking Strategic Plan.
Notably, the session included rigorous discussions focused on analyzing and evaluating previously submitted information, along with sharing new inputs.
