5.5 Million AFN in Cash Assistance Provided to 500 Internally Displaced Families in Paktika

The ARCS distributed 5.5 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 500 internally displaced families in the Kund area of Barmal District, Paktika Province.

The assistance was provided by the IFRC, through which each family received 11,000 AFN.

The aid was distributed to provide emergency support to displaced families and help meet their basic needs.

It is worth mentioning that two days earlier, 4.2 million AFN in cash assistance had also been distributed to 400 displaced families in the Sarobi and Urgun districts of the same province.

The ARCS is striving to deliver timely humanitarian aid to meet the basic needs of displaced and vulnerable families.
