The ARCS provided AFN 210,000 in cash assistance to 20 flood-affected families in Parun City, the capital of Nuristan Province.

The assistance was provided with the support from the IFRC, with each family receiving AFN 10,500.

The families had suffered financial and human losses as a result of severe flooding some time ago, leaving them facing economic difficulties.

It is worth mentioning that each of these families had previously received AFN 30,000 in cash assistance.

The ARCS continues its humanitarian efforts to provide assistance to families affected by disasters.
