Herat: New Members Selected for ARCS Provincial Assemblies in Four Districts

The ARCS held meetings in the fourth, sixth, eleventh, and fifteenth districts of Herat city to select and introduce new members of its provincial assemblies. Several prominent figures, tribal elders, and educated young people were selected as new members.
During the meetings, participants were briefed on the ARCS’s humanitarian and health activities, the importance of provincial assemblies, and the duties and responsibilities of their members.
The importance of strengthening ties between local communities and the ARCS was also emphasized.
The newly selected members of the provincial assemblies will actively contribute to identifying the problems and needs of people in their respective areas, participate in coordinating humanitarian activities with the ARCS and communicating the needs of vulnerable people.
