Ningarhar:
On wed, 17th of Aug, Afghan Red Crescent distributed around 4.5 tons of aid to 59 flood and rain affected families in Khiwa, DarـeـNoor, Mohman Dara and Kama districts of Ningarhar province.
In aid each family received 50 kg flour, 10 kg oil, a package of different foodstuff, 500 gr soup, 1 kg pea, 1.5 kg salt, 2 kg sugar, 800 gr tomato paste, 2.5 kg macaroni, 0.5 kg olive, 13 items of kitchen wares, a tarpaulin, 2 water buckets, 6 blankets and 18 families each received a tent.
