ARCS has distributed 9 items of foodstuffs, to 500 vulnerable surveyed families, in nearby areas of Jalal Abad, the center of Nangarhar province. With receiving of aid, at the doorstep of cold winter, the beneficiaries were happy as a sandy boy.
