The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Donates 100 Tons of Dates to ARCS!

26th of January, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia officially handed over 100 tons of dates to ARCS to assist vulnerable and impoverished families. The event was graced in the presence of Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the Acting General President of ARCS, Hafiz Aziz-ur-Rahman, the Vice-president of ARCS and Mr. Faisal Bin Talaq Al-Baqmi, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Afghanistan. 
During the hand over, the Acting General President of ARCS expressed gratitude for the continuous and unwavering support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He emphasized the ideological and cultural bonds between the two countries as historical and significant. 
Further, Mr. Delawar referred Afghanistan as a country deeply affected by decades long conflicts and climate change, urging both national and international humanitarian organizations for urgent and essential assistance. 
In his remarks, the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Afghanistan expressed his pleasure in being able to assist Afghan people and reaffirmed the commitment to continue the similar humanitarian assistance in the future.
