ARCS consider capacity building of the volunteer essential, thus on October 30th ARCS completed a 3-day public awareness workshop at its headquarters. In the workshop the volunteers were trained to take personal and collective safety measures during emergencies, preparedness for both natural and man-made disasters, administering first aid to disasters victims, and providing essential instructions to volunteers before deployment to assist affected individuals. The training encompassed both theoretical and practical elements,ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for the participants.
