Afghan Red Crescent Society distributes food aid to 400 needy families in Faizabad district of Jawzjan province!

Food aid was distributed to needy families in Faizabad district of Jawzjan province by the Afghan Red Crescent Society today, the 28th of December, 2021 as well as yesterday, the 27th of December, 2021.

The aid includes eight food items, including 100 kg of flour, 49 kg of rice, 20 liters of oil, 10 kg of sugar, and biscuits. This assistance provided by the International Federation contains2 pockets of BP5, 14 kg of beans, 2 kg of green tea, 2 kg of salt and was distributed in the presence of Sheikh Yar Mohammad, Director of the Afghan Red Crescent Society in the northern zone.

The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) distributed food aid to 335 needy families in Mardian district of Jawzjan province. This has been the third food assistance provided by the Afghan Red Crescent Society in Jawzjan province since the past few days, to families in need. Before Faizabad and Mardian districts, the Afghan Red Crescent also distributed aid to 350 needy families in Mangjik district.
