The Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed aid to 90 flood-affected families in Helmand province:

The Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) assisted non-food items to 90 flood-affected families in Baba Ji, Loy Manda, Spin Masjid, Nad Ali, Naqilabad and Changir areas of Helmand province.

The aid includes 6 blankets, 1 tarpaulin, 2 bottles of 20liter water and cooking utensils. The cooking utensils include 3 pots, 7 bowls, 7 yogurt spoon, 2 cooking spoon, 7 water glasses and a knife.

In addition, the Helmand Disaster Management Department along with the Afghan Red Crescent Society also assisted food items to the flood victims in this province.
