Today 8th of January 2022 the Afghan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) distributed aid to 850 needy, drought-affected, displaced and headless families in Uruzgan province. This assistance was distributed in the provincial office of the Afghan Red Crescent Society to the residents of the central Uruzgan province.

It has been decided that a total of 3000 needy families will received aid in the centre and districts of Uruzgan province.

The aid consists of 8 items, including 50kg of flour, 24.5kg of rice, 7kg of beans, 5 kg of sugar, 2 kg of salt, 2 kg of tea, a packet of BP5 biscuit and 10liters of oil. Yesterday the Afghan Red Crescent Society also distributed aid to 500 needy families in this province.
