Acting General President of ARCS The international community shall help ARCS in beggars' Aid Program!
Mr. Mawlavi Matiulhaq "khalis", Acting General President of ARCS, during a ceremony organized by the management of ARCS in order to award appreciation certificates to 60 employees including the directors, managers, and working partners of ARCS for their true humanitarian services and cooperation, called on the international community to help ARCS in assisting the beggars collected by ARCS from the cities of Afghanistan. He told “monthly consecutive cash assistance to beggars & to their families by ARCS is a humanitarian process, but ARCS is unable to provide such extensive continuous assistance to all beggars, so it's necessary that international communities & the working partners of ARCS shall help us. Mr. Mawlavi Matiulhaq "khalis", Acting General President of ARCS told “to collect the beggars from the cities & to pay monthly cash assistance to each of their families is a vital and decisive process, which cannot be seen in neighboring countries, thus We wish the international-and national welfare foundations to support this humanitarian process". He said, "Afghan Red Crescent has a transparent and standardized mechanism for the monthly cash assistance to the beggar families, which yet registered and surveyed thousands of beggars, where more than half-to other provinces, thus we request the international charity foundations to help & support ARCS in this humanitarian project ".
The meeting ended with the distribution of appreciation certificates to the working partners, directors, employees & the anthem team of ARCS's school.
