The Acting General President of ARCS Meets the Head of British Red Cross for Afghanistan!

Today, Thursday, the 30th of January, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the Acting General President of ARCS convened a meeting with Mr. Jeremy Smith, the Head of British Red Cross for Afghanistan, at the Head Quarter of this national humanitarian organization in Kabul to deliberate on the coordination of joint humanitarian activities.
During the meeting, the Acting General President of ARCS expressed appreciation for the cooperation of BRC in supporting this national humanitarian organization and underscored the significance of their assistance in alleviating the sufferings of headless and impoverished families. Further, Mr. Delawar solicited Mr. Smith for additional support in the treatment of congenital heart defect patients and provided him with a comprehensive briefing about the dire economic situation that these patients face. 
In turn, the the head of British Red Cross reaffirmed the commitment to sustain their cooperation. In addition to their support with the Marastoons and the treatment of congenital heart defect patients, he pledged to encourage other international partners to expand their support with this national humanitarian organization.
