ARCS Distributes Humanitarian Aid to 80 Vulnerable Families in Panjshir

ARCS distributed humanitarian assistance to 80 vulnerable families in Panjshir, delivering 12 essential non-food items funded by the Red Cross Society of China, alongside 6.104 metric tons of food supplies provided by the Turkish Red Crescent.
The food package included 50 kg of flour, 10 kg of rice, 5 liters of cooking oil, 5 kg of beans, 2 kg of sugar, 500 g of green tea, 800 g of tomato paste, 2 kg of macaroni, and 500 g of biscuits.
The Aid was distributed by ARCS Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman in the presence of Panjshir Governor Hafiz Mohammad Hakim Agha. Speaking at the event, Mr Azizur Rahman stated, “Rooted in seven fundamental principles, ARCS delivers humanitarian aid to people without discrimination or bias, ensuring assistance reaches those who truly deserve it.”
The Governor of Panjshir commended the services of ARCS and urged the organization to increase its focus on the pressing needs of vulnerable people and intensify its efforts.
Notably, just last week, ARCS also distributed a total of 2.334 million Afghanis in cash assistance to the same group of families under the supervision of Acting General President Sheikh Ul Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar.
