Solar Energy Supplies Provided to 210 Earthquake-Affected Families in Kunar

The ARCS, with the support of the Danish Red Cross, has distributed solar energy equipment to 210 families affected by the recent earthquake in a displacement camp in Nurgal District, Kunar Province. The initiative aims to enhance access to electricity for the affected households.
Each family received a package containing seven solar-related items: a solar panel, a battery, a fan, a controller, 10 meters of electric wire, three bottles of acid, and two light bulbs.
It is worth noting that in a previous phase, the ARCS had also distributed similar solar energy supplies to 66 earthquake-affected families in the same camp.
