Red Cross Society of China Hands Over USD 100,000 to ARCS for Flood Victims

The Red Cross Society of China handed over USD 100,000 in cash assistance to ARCS to support families affected by flooding.

The assistance was handed over by Mr. Bao Xuhui, Deputy Ambassador of China to Afghanistan, to Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS. 

During the ceremony, Mr. Delawar expressed his gratitude to the Red Cross Society of China and the people of China, noting that they have consistently supported Afghans during difficult times. He assured that the assistance will be distributed transparently and fairly to those most in need.

Mr. Xuhui emphasized that China stands with the people of Afghanistan and described the assistance as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen humanitarian cooperation between the two countries. He added that China will continue its support for the Afghan people in the future.
