A 12-day workshop on Problem Management Plus (PM+) has been launched for psychological counselors and doctors at the central headquarters of the ARCS.

The workshop is supported by the Danish Red Cross and is attended by 34 male and female healthcare staff.

During the workshop, participants will learn how to identify psychological stress, effectively manage daily problems, respond appropriately in crisis situations, and apply practical approaches to addressing service recipients’ problems.

It is expected that after completing the workshop, participants will be able to provide effective and standardized services in psychological counseling, as well as in managing stress and daily challenges within their respective workplaces.
