Farah: New ARCS Building Inaugurated at a Cost of Nearly 19.3 Million Afghanis

The new administrative building of the ARCS provincial branch was officially inaugurated during a ceremony in Farah Province.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS; Mullah Mohammad Hafiz Mujahid, Governor of Farah Province; directors of the western zone and related branches; as well as a number of other provincial officials.
In his remarks, Mr. Delawar stated, “This building is public property (Bait al-Mal), and its protection and proper use require serious attention.” He added that the purpose of constructing this building is not merely to meet administrative needs, but also to play an important role in improving the quality of services for vulnerable people and in ensuring the swift and effective delivery of humanitarian assistance.
The Governor of Farah Province expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the ARCS and emphasized that greater attention should be given to the people of this province, and that the level of assistance should be expanded.
It is worth noting that the four-story building was completed within 10 months, with a total cost of 19,266,089 Afghanis.
The purpose of inaugurating this building is to provide organized and effective humanitarian services to people and ensure that aid reaches them properly.
