جلسهٔ داوطلبی و مزایده بهمنظور کرایهدهی کانتین مکتب مشعل بیات مربوط به هلالاحمر افغانی، واقع در نزدیکی دفتر مرکزی این نهاد، به مدت سه سال برگزار شد.
