At the ARCS central headquarters, and under the initiative of the Department of Staff Affairs, the first round of training workshops on administrative correspondence was completed for 100 staff members in 10 phases, with certificates distributed upon completion.
The event was attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of ARCS, his advisors, several department heads, and staff members from the central headquarters.
In his remarks, Mr. Delawar emphasized that administrative correspondence is a fundamental principle for an organization’s development, order, and effective operation. He added that well-structured correspondence not only saves time but also enhances the organization’s credibility. He urged the staff to apply the knowledge gained in their daily work and to use every opportunity to further develop their skills.
Following this, Mawlawi Shafiqullah Amini, Director of Staff Affairs, shared details about the workshops. He explained that these sessions aimed to build staff capacity by providing essential training on official letters, correspondence, guidelines, and administrative principles delivered by professional trainers. This was designed to enable employees to manage their daily responsibilities according to established standards. Mr. Amini also assured that similar training programs will continue in the future.
