هلال احمر افغانی بهمنظور حمایت اقتصادی و تأمین نیازهای اولیه، به ۱۵۱ خانواده بیجا شده داخلی در ولسوالی سرکانی ولایت کنر، مبلغ سه میلیون و هفتصد و هفتاد و پنج هزار افغانی (۳،۷۷۵،۰۰۰) کمک نقدی توزیع کرد، که به هر خانواده ۲۵ هزار افغانی مساعدت شد.
قابل ذکر است که پیش از این نیز بیش از ۲ میلیون افغانی به خانوادهها یاد شده توزیع شده بود.
