هلالاحمر افغانی، بهمنظور حفاظت در برابر سرمای شدید زمستان و جلوگیری از مشکلات صحی ناشی از هوای سرد، برای ۴۶۸ خانواده نیازمند و بیبضاعت در ولسوالی پاتو ولایت دایکندی، دو قلم کمک غیرخوراکی توزیع نمود.
این کمک که از سوی هلالاحمر قطر فراهم شده بود، برای هر خانواده ۴ تخته کمپل و ۱ تخته ترپال برای هر خانواده مساعدت شد.
