Nangarhar: Over 22 Million Afghanis Extended to Earthquake-Affected Families

The ARCS, with the support of the IFRC, has provided 22.05 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 2,100 families affected by the recent earthquake in the Dara-e-Noor district of Nangarhar province. Each family received 10,500 Afghanis to help cover their basic living needs.
It is worth mentioning that over the past two months, 900 other affected families in the same district received 9.15 million Afghanis in cash assistance, while 1,000 families were provided with 70.5 metric tons of food supplies.
