هلال احمر افغانی، از ۱۳۵ تن از شاگردان دوره کوتاهمدت کورس های اداری، در مرکز آموزشی جوانان و رضاکاران ولایت هلمند، پس از سپرینمودن آموزشهای سهماهه، امتحان نهایی اخذ نمود.
قابل ذکر است که چندی پیش نیز ۸۷ تن از دانشجویان رشتههای زبان انگلیسی و کمپیوتر از همین مرکز آموزشی فارغ شده بودند.
