امروز سه‌شنبه، ۱۷ ماه شوال، از سوی هلال‌احمر افغانی ۷ قلم مواد غیرغذایی در ولسوالی تاله و برفک ولایت بغلان برای ۶ خانواده آسیب‌دیده از سیلاب، مساعدت شد، كه این کمک شامل ۵ باب خیمه، ۳۶ تخته کمپل، ۶ سیت ظروف آشپزخانه، ۶ رول پلاستیک، ۱۸ دانه پتنوس، ۷۲ کلچه صابون و ۱۲ بوشکه آب بود.
