عصر روز ۸ ماه رمضان، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی، ۳۰۰۰ وعده غذای پخته‌شده جهت افطاری برای ۳۰۰۰ فرد بی‌جاشده، که در حال حاضر در کمپ موقت "دو سرکه" لعل‌پوره به سر ميبرند، در نیزدیکی مناطق خط فرضی تورخم در ولسوالی مومند دره ولایت ننگرهار، توزیع شد.
