امروز چهارشنبه، ۱۳ شعبان، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی، در مجموع یک و نیم میلیون افغانی کمک نقدی به ۳۰۰ خانواده نیازمند و بیبضاعت در قریه جات مختلف ولسوالی گومل ولایت پکتیکا توزیع شد، که به هر خانواده ۵،۰۰۰ افغانی مساعدت شد.
