ARCS has distributed winter stuffs, to 70 vulnerable & cold-hit families, in 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th and 15th districts of Kandahar province, where each family received a tarpaulin, 8 coats and winter warm hats & pants.
