On 4th September, ARCS distributed 8 items of foodstuff to 400 needy and vulnerable families in Spinghar district of Ningarhar province. In the aid, each family received 100 kg flour, 10 liters oil, 24.5 kg rice, 8 kg beans, 5 kg sugar, 2 kg salt, 1 kg green tea,and a packet of biscuits. It's to be mentioned that Afghan Red Crescent has distributed the aforementioned aid to 600 needy families in Shinwaro district yesterday.
