Increasing the capacity is the principle of a best administration & management, hence on 7th Dec, ARCS has finalized a two-days workshop on building capacity to 25 volunteers in Nangarhar province. In this workshop, the volunteers were briefed regarding the fundamental principles emblems, activities, objectives and first aid of ARCS and national societies and the interaction and behavior of volunteers with the people of the society. The workshop was ended with distribution of certificates to the trainer and volunteers.
