Helping the affectees of natural disasters is considered as one of the main objectives of ARCS, at the beginning of cold winter, on 17th Dec, ARCS has distributed 1750000 AFN as a cash assistance, to 100 earthquake-hit families, who were surveyed by ARCS, in Alingar district of Laghman province.
