Kunduz: 500 Vulnerable and Repatriated Families Receive Winter Aid

Wednesday, February 18, 2026

The ARCS, with support from the IFRC, provided winter items to 500 vulnerable, female-headed, and repatriated families in various districts of Kunduz city and Chahar Dara District of Kunduz Province.
Each family received three winter kits containing jumpers, undershirts, gloves, socks, shawls, shoes, and other essential items for men, women, and children.
This assistance was provided to help these families protect themselves against the cold weather.
The ARCS strives, through humanitarian assistance, to provide timely support to vulnerable, disaster-affected, and repatriated individuals, and to help meet their basic living needs to some extent.
