A three-day training workshop on strategic alignment and the review of administrative development has begun for 21 employees from the Finance and Internal Audit Departments, as well as the Control and Planning Units of the ARCS. 

At the opening ceremony, Hafiz Shabir Ahmad Osmani, Director of the Finance Department, highlighted the importance of the program. He stated that the workshop would focus on enhancing staff professional capacities, strengthening administrative coordination, and improving work organization.

He urged participants to make effective use of the opportunity and to perform their duties in an organized and responsible way.

During the workshop, participants will receive practical guidance and essential information on strategic alignment, financial development, external auditing, and indirect costs.

The workshop is being organized with financial support from the Norwegian Red Cross.

The ARCS is striving to build the capacity of its staff and strengthen the effectiveness of administrative operations through professional training programs.
