Kabul: ARCS Refers Patients with Congenital Heart Defects to Local Hospitals

ARCS has once again facilitated access to medical care for seven patients with congenital heart defects, referring them to two local hospitals in Kabul for treatment and surgery.

It is noteworthy that all medical expenses, including surgeries, are fully covered by ARCS.
