On 18th February, ARCS has introduced 28 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect to French hospital for therapy & surgery treatment, in capital Kabul. It's commendable that for past 5 months, ARCS has referred 697 children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect to different hospitals, where the whole cost of treatment of the mentioned patients is paid by ARCS.
