Herat!

On 12th of Rabi ul Thani, Afghan Red Crescent distributed 540,000 AFG cash aid to 100 earthquake-affected families and 27.45 tons of food aid to 300 earthquake-affected families in the respective villages of Zinda Jan district of Herat province.The aid which is provided by Turkish Al-Hasanat Charity Foundation, 40 families were paid 240,000 AFG where each family received 6,000 AFG. Whilst 60 families were paid in total 300,000 AFG, where each family received 5000 AFG.The food aid for 300 families included 50 kg flour, 24.5 kg rice, 6 kg salt, 4 kg sugar, 5 liters oil and 2 kg of tea for each family.
