Helmand: Four-Day Capacity-Building Workshop Concludes for Control Officers

The ARCS concluded a four-day capacity-building workshop for control officers from the provincial branches of Helmand, Kandahar, Uruzgan, and Zabul with the distribution of certificates at its provincial branch in Helmand Province.

During the workshop, participants received both theoretical and practical training on the control, organization, filing, and management of logistics and financial documents, document review, quality improvement, and enhancing transparency and accountability in administrative processes.

Participants also received comprehensive guidance on addressing challenges in document organization and review, standardizing administrative procedures, and improving the effectiveness of control processes.

The workshop aimed to enhance the professional capacity of control officers, strengthen their skills in managing logistics and financial documents, and equip them with the knowledge and expertise needed to ensure more organized, transparent, and effective administrative management.
