Emergency Relief for Repatriated Family: Non-Food Assistance Provided in Khost

Thursday, January 15, 2026

The ARCS delivered emergency non-food assistance to a newly repatriated family in the center of Khost province to provide temporary shelter. The family had no accommodation during the harsh winter and was living outdoors due to the lack of housing.
The assistance package included one tent, five blankets, one tarpaulin, a set of kitchen utensils, and two water jerrycans.
Providing services and support to repatriated people and meeting their basic living needs remain among the key priorities of the ARCS.
