ARCS has successfully concluded a six-day capacity-building workshop on disaster management and cash distribution at its provincial branch in Bamyan province, marked by the distribution of certificates to 25 staff members and volunteers.
The workshop was designed to strengthen participants’ capacities in effective emergency response, rescue operations, and the provision of first aid during crisis. The initiative seeks to ensure that the staff and volunteers deliver timely, professional, and impactful humanitarian services in emergencies.
