Bamyan: Capacity-Building Workshop Concludes for 23 Staff Members and Volunteers

The ARCS concluded a two-day capacity-building workshop for 23 staff members and volunteers at its Bamyan provincial branch with the distribution of certificates.

During the workshop, participants received theoretical and practical information and guidance on the history of the ARCS, its Fundamental Principles, emblem, humanitarian services, and the effective performance of their duties.

The workshop was organized to further strengthen the professional capacities of staff members and volunteers so that they can provide humanitarian services to people in need more quickly, effectively, and in accordance with professional standards.

Such capacity-building programs play an important role in strengthening the professional capabilities of ARCS staff members and volunteers and improving the quality of humanitarian services.
