During his visit to Balkh Province, Hafiz Aziz ur-Rahman, Vice President of the ARCS, held a meeting with officials and staff of the northern zone directorate, the Balkh branch, the Marastoon, and the mental health care and treatment center.

During the meeting, he expressed satisfaction with the humanitarian activities of the ARCS and praised the services delivered. He urged staff to carry out their duties with dedication, integrity, and honesty, so that responsibilities are fulfilled properly and obligations to those in need are met.

He also emphasized the importance of maintaining administrative discipline by adhering to the chain of command, following leadership guidance, and properly carrying out assigned duties.

Mr. Azizur Rahman added that serving widows without support, orphans, and other vulnerable people is a core responsibility, and that greater attention should be given to these groups.

At the end of the meeting, he listened to the views and challenges of the officials and staff and assured them that necessary measures would be taken to address the issues.

Such direct meetings by leadership help improve organizational management, enhance service delivery, strengthen employees’ sense of responsibility, and promote a professional work environment.
