Afghan Red Crescent provided 8 item of foodstuffs to 700 vulnerable families in Khomab and Qarqin districts of Jawzjan province, 800 families in Al-Jihad district of Sarepul province, and 1,000 families in Shurtpe and Kaldar districts of Balkh province.The aid included 100 kg flour, 24.5 kg rice, 10 liters cooking oil, 8 kg beans, 5 kg sugar, 2 kg salt, 1 kg green tea, and 1 packet of biscuits to each needy and poor family.
