Keeping warm the vulnerable and cold-hit families in this cold winter is our moral duty! ARCS has distributed food & non-foodstuffs, to 24 cold-hit people, in different villages of Pul-e-Khumri & Baghlan-e-Jadid districts of Baghlan province. In afore-mentioned aid, each family received 5 blankets, a tarpaulin, 6 hand washing soaps, 1-kg tea, 5 packets macaroni, 2 children's jumpers, 5 packet laundry powder & a package of children's toys.
