The Afghan Red Crescent Society has provided food and non-food items to 60 flood-affected families in Nagara and Jarghan areas of Kohistanat district in Sar-e-Pul province. The aid consisted of 50 kg of flour, 24.5 kg of rice, 10 liters of oil, 7 kg of beans, 5 kg of sugar, 1 kg of tea, 2 kg of salt, biscuits, 7 blankets, 13 kitchen utensils, 2 plastic tarpaulins and a health package.
