ARCS General President Arrives in Balkh to Assess Situation of Earthquake Victims in the Northern Zone

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, has arrived in Balkh Province to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the humanitarian situation following the recent earthquake that struck northern provinces.
During the visit, Mr. Delawar is expected to closely evaluate the conditions of the earthquake-affected communities, listen to their concerns, and oversee the provision of emergency assistance based on their urgent needs.
