ARCS has delivered emergency non-food assistance to two families affected by a recent fire in Mehtarlam, the provincial capital, and Alingar district of Laghman Province.
Each affected family received a package consisting of seven blankets, a tarpaulin, a set of kitchen supplies, and two plastic jerrycans of water.
In addition, one of the families was also provided with a tent.
