ARCS Distributes Cash Assistance to Flood-Affected Families in Herat

ARCS distributed cash assistance to two flood-affected families in Arkh village of Farsi District in Herat Province.

As part of the assistance, one family that suffered both personal and financial losses received 30,000 Afghanis, while another family was provided with 15,000 Afghanis.

This support was provided as emergency and humanitarian assistance to the affected families.

It is worth noting that similar assistance was also distributed yesterday to two flood-affected families in Injil district of the same province.

Providing timely assistance and addressing the immediate needs of people affected by natural disasters remains a key responsibility of ARCS.
