Yesterday & today the Afghan Red Crescent assisted non-food items to 600 needy families in Zabul province. The aid was provided by the King Salman Charity Foundation of Saudi Arabia, which distributed food aid to 400 families in central Zabul and non-food items to 200 other families in the Seori district. Beneficiaries include orphans, widows and headless households.
